How to request and monetize a guarantee

Step 1
Send the required information for the credit assessment.

We analyze your application and define the required line of credit and guarantees.
Step 3
The opening of a securities account will be carried out, and the linkage to EPYME will be established.
Step 4
Sign the linkage documentation. (The reciprocal guarantee contract and shareholder bonds).
Step 5
In the case of postdated checks or marketable promissory notes, the negotiable securities will be issued in the market. On the other hand, if it is a bank loan, a guarantee certificate will be issued.
Step 6
The funds will be credited to the client's securities account or bank account, depending on the guaranteed product.

The account opening can be initiated by anyone. At the end of the process, a link will be generated where all the information will be safeguarded and where the authorized representatives will be able to validate/modify the information loaded and verify their identity. Therefore, if you have any doubts about any information, you can complete it provisionally and review it personally in the future or directly the authorized representative can review it when they validate it.
Offline process
If you prefer to complete the physical account opening form, you can request the updated "Corporate Account Opening Agreement" by contacting our Commercial Team.
In this case, the signatures of the signers (legal representatives, authorized representatives, etc.) must be certified by a Bank/Notary or registered with an authorized official of Max Capital S.A.
If the Legal Entity was constituted in the interior of the country or Greater Buenos Aires, the Notary's certification must be legalized by the College of Notaries of the corresponding jurisdiction.

In the case of foreign companies, the documentation must be legalized with the Consular seal or apostille.
Likewise, in the event that the documents are in a foreign language, they must be translated into Spanish.
The same procedure will be used in the event that the powers presented have been granted in the interior of the country, Greater Buenos Aires or abroad.
